We stayed here for 11 days and had a really great time. The food was AWESOME. I miss it! I am the worlds pickiest eater, and I thought the food was fantastic. The weather was the best part, Hurrican Erika missed us! We had 90 degree weather every day for 11 days. The only time it rained was while we were sleeping. The entertainment was cheesy and obnoxious. This was definitely not a hotel for those who want peacefulness and relaxation. The beach was gorgeous, the shopping was average, the excursions were great. The rooms were a letdown, the bed was two doubles pushed together. We had our own comforter/sheet sets...so technically we slept in our own beds.

We were very pleased with the venue and food. The food was great, they allowed us to have a buffet because when we booked our date they had the buffet option. However by the end of 2008 they no longer offered it. As far as the decor everything was set up exactly as I wanted it. Jennifer was very attentive to me and I had a pleasant experience with her. Although my mother generously footed the Brookstone's bill and felt that Jennifer was very unprofessional with her. The only thing that upset me was that we had expected to have the hall until midnight(as it stated in our contract), and at 11 pm they pulled me aside and said we only had it until 11:30, we would be billed if it continued past then. I was pissed, all my vendors were hired until 12.

I used Catharine both for engagement session and our wedding. I would say that my overall experience with her was unpleasant. She took several days,if not weeks to respond to simple email inquiries. She always had some family emergency excuse to give. On the day of the wedding I was appalled at how unprofessional and downright rude she was to me. She wasnt dressed appropriately for my event, she was miserable from the moment she arrived at my house. During the formals she gave me an attitude and my other vendors were horrified at her professionalism or lack of. After the wedding, she had posted pictures from weddings she had done after mine, before my pictures were posted! She took tons and tons of pictures and none of them were edited, at least professionally. I had to color edit (enhance) all of the pictures myself. She was my least favorite vendor to work with, and the most expensive. I deeply regretted my choice in hiring her, in hindsight. When I had my first consultation with her I thought she was fantastic. However, I sincerely wish I had interviewed other photographers. I dont want to discourage other brides from using her. Just know what you may be getting yourself into, this was my own experience.

The flowers were exactly as I wanted them, they were gorgeous. The color was fantastic and Susanne was very knowledgable and she knew what I wanted. She was great to work with. Her bookkeeping staff on the other hand was terrible. I was so stressed out with them going back and forth with me DAILY over payments. They were the dumbest people Ive ever spoken to. I have no idea how theyve managed to get by handling the bills.

The store itself is disgusting. Its gross and needs serious remodeling, however you cant judge a book by its cover! The selection was great, my gown was an Alfred Angelo and it must have been a special edition because as far as the internet is concerned, that design doesnt exist. Their seamstress was great, she did a good job on all the alterations and I loved my bustle. The only negative thing I can think of is their location sucks. The parking was a nightmare and it was such a long drive and I dreaded the commute.

They were Amazing to work with. The limos were new and clean, but more importantly the drivers were outstanding. They loved their jobs and were really good at them! They were on time, friendly, and went above and beyond. I was really pleased with prices and I will absolutely use them in the future.

First let me say he is so affordable. He did a great job playing the keyboard. Everyone danced the entire night. He played all the songs on my list. In my opinion he is a bit old fashioned, but I didnt mind. For the price that I paid he did a terrific job and I definitely have no complaints.
